2. COMMISSIONERS Letter of Support (Tom Kress)
Letter of Support for Saving Grace for their pursuit to obtain grant funding through the Best Friends Animal Society.

Order delegating authority to Commissioner Chris Boice to sign all required closing documents related to the sale of real property in the south county industrial park known as R28074, R28082, and R147758.

5. PUBLIC WORKS Resolution (Scott Adams)
Resolution to initiate the vacation of a portion of Umpqua Dunes Way, a platted public roadway in Winchester Bay.
