AGENDA

The agenda will include:
1) Bruce A. & Roberta F. Moore, request for a Zone Change from Community Commercial to Multiple Family Residential on a .97 acre parcel, located on the north side of Grant Avenue, within the Tri City area. 2) Lynn Elmenhurst, request for a Zone Change from Farm Forest to Single Family Residential on the 4.75 acre portion of a 13.59 acre parcel, said portion being located in the Tri City Urban Unincorporated Area, on the private extension of Mona Street, in Tri City. 3) Gary Urista, request for a Zone Change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing to Suburban Residential on an 8.31 acre portion of an 11.51 acre parcel, said portion being located in the Green Urban Unincorporated Area, at the end of Meyers Lane. 4) Randy & Kathy Standridge, request for a Zone Change from Rural Residential - 5 Acre toRural Residential -2 Acre on a 5.02 acre parcel, located off of Pony Lane, within the Lookingglass Rural Community Boundary, 5) Valynn Currie, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Agriculture, in part, and General Commercial/Industrial, in part, to Commercial, and a zone change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing, in part, and Light Industrial, in part, to General Commercial on an 8.85 acre parcel, together with a Reasons Exception to Goal 3 and Goal 14 to expand the Green Urban Unincorporated Area (UUA) to add to the UUA the 7.00 acre portion of the 8.85 acre subject property currently lying outside the UUA boundary.
The property is
located on the south side of Grant Smith Road, just southwest of I-5 Exit 119. 6) Shirley J. Mcsperitt, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Agriculture to Rural Residential - 2 Acre and a zone change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing to Rural Residential - 2 Acre, based upon an Irrevocably Committed Exception to Statewide Planning Goals 3 and 4, and on a Reasons Exception to Goal 14 to allow the RR2 designation outside of an urban unincorporated area. The property is located on Roberts Mountain Road, just south of the Green Urban Unincorporated Area. 7) Clemens & Ottilie Schotborgh, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Commercial Industrial to Tourist Commercial, in part, and High Density Residential, in part, together with a zone change from
Medium Industrial to Tourist Commercial, in part, and Multiple-family Residential, in part, to allow future development of an RV park on the CT-zoned portion and future development of a mobile home park on the R-2-zoned portion of the 5.37 acre subject parcel. The property is located on the east side of S. Old Pacific Highway, in the Tri City Urban Unincorporated Area . 8) Speedway LLC & Huffman-Wright, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Agriculture to Industrial, and a zone change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing to Medium Industrial, together with a Reasons Exception to Goal 3 and Goal 14 to expand the Green Urban Unincorporated Area (UUA) to include the 20.00 acre subject site, which is developed with a rock crushing, processing and aggregate storage facility.
The property is located on the north side of Speedway Road adjacent to the east boundary of the Green UUA.
