The agenda will include: 1) Coordination with the City of Sutherlin on a request from Alaska Sutherland Knolls for expansion of the Sutherlin UGB. 2) WILDWOOD ESTATES LLC, deliberation on the appeal filed by Nancy Wolfgram (adjacent owner) of the Planning Director’s Decision in the approval of an 8-lot Subdivision south of Winchester Bay. 3) HY-MT Rock, LLC, deliberation on the appeal filed by Gail Michaels of the Planning Director’s Decision in the matter of the HY-MT Rock, LLC request for a Conditional Use Permit for mining and processing of aggregate north of Canyonville.
