south of Winchester Bay, 5) HY-MT ROCK, LLC, request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to add a site to the Douglas County Mineral Resources Inventory and to permit mining of the site, on a 245 acre parcel, located on Gazley Road, north of the city of Canyonville, 6) HY-MT Rock, LLC, appeal of the Planning Directorís Decision in the approval of the HY-MT Rock, LLC request for a Conditional Use Permit for mining and processing of aggregate resources on a 245.10 acre parcel located on Gazley Road, north of the city of Canyonville, 7) JOSH R.
