HARRISON, request for a Zone Change from RS to R-1 on a .42 acre parcel located on Pioneer Way in Winchester, north of Roseburg. 5) TIMOTHY SCOTT SNOPL, request for a Zone Change from RS to R-1 on a 4.73 acre parcel located on Landers Avenue in Green. 6) BONNIE ATKINSON, request for a Plan Amendment from CC to RMD, and Zone Change from C-2 to R-1 on property located near Chadwick Lane in Tri City. 7) VALYNN CURRIE (FOLEY), request for a Plan Amendment from AGG to RR5 and a Zone Change from FG to 5R, on an 76 acre parcel located off Del Rio Road, northwest of Roseburg; and, 8) HY-MT ROCK, LLC, request for a Plan Amendment to add a site to the Douglas County Mineral Resources Inventory(MRI) and to permit mining of the site, located off Gazley Road, north of Canyonville.
