The agenda will include: 1) BJORN VIAN, deliberation on a request for a Major Amendment to an approved Conditional Use Permit for the mining and processing of mineral resources east of the Rural Community of Dixonville. 2) MIKE CHARTIER, request for a Zone Change from Rural Residential - 5 Acre to Rural Residential -2 Acre on a 10.00 acre parcel in Lookingglass. 3) PAUL FARRAR, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Agriculture to Rural Residential - 2 Acre and a zone change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing to Rural Residential - 2 Acre on 21.20± acres within the Glide Urban Unincorporated Area. 4) LONE ROCK TIMBER MANAGEMENT CO., referral to the Planning Commission of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the mining and processing of mineral resources on a 2,339 acre parcel located at the end of Banks Creek Road, south of its intersection with Nonpareil Road, east of the City of Sutherlin.
