The agenda will include: 1) TOM FULLBRIGHT, request for a Zone Change from RS to R-1 on a 5.27 acre parcel located on Harmony Drive, in Green. 2) PATRICIA RUSSELL, request for a Land Partition to divide a 104.22 acre property into three parcels as a result of a Measure 37 Claim Waiver, on property located east of Yoncalla on Elkhead Road. 3) BJORN VIAN, request for a Major Amendment to the conditions for an existing approved rock operation located on Buckhorn Road, three miles east of Dixonville.
