AGENDA
The agenda will include: 1) HY-MT ROCK, LLC, request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to add a site to the Douglas County Mineral Resources Inventory (MRI) and to permit mining of the site, and a Zone Change to apply the Mineral Resources Overlay to the mining site, on a 245.10 acre parcel on the north side of Gazley Road, just north of the city limits of Canyonville. 2) GARY & LAUREN CAMPBELL, appeal of the Planning Director’s approval of a request for a farm related dwelling (second farm-related dwelling for an immediate family member) on a 43.41 acre parcel located off of Coos Bay Wagon Road, east of its intersection with Flournoy Valley Road, west of the rural community of Lookingglass. Withdrawn by applicant. 3) DANA NICKLASON, request for a Zone Change from (FF) Farm Forest to (RR) Rural Residential - 2 Acre on a 9.20 acre parcel to allow future development of the property at the RR density, located on the north side of Starveout Creek Road, east from its intersection with Upper Cow Creek Road, east of the rural community of Azalea. 4) TRACEY L. & DENNIS C. PARKER, request for a Zone Change from (RS) Suburban Residential to (R-1) Single Family Residential on a 2.26 acre parcel to allow future development of the property at the R-1 density. The property is located on the northeast side of Freeman Avenue, north from its intersection with Landers Avenue, within the Green Urban Unincorporated Area. 5) KEVIN & PAMELA CRAWFORD, request for a Zone Change from (RS) Suburban Residential to (R-1) Single Family Residential on a.42 acre parcel to allow future division of the property at the R-1 density. The property is located on the south side of Happy Valley Road, west of its intersection with Little Valley Road.
