The agenda will include: 1) JEFF & SHELLEY WELLS, REFERRAL of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Home Occupation (excavation business) upon establishment of a Farm Related Dwelling (currently being processed under a separate PD File 07-272) on a 160.00 acre parcel. The property is located at the end of Hambrick Avenue, east from its intersection with Plat K Road, east of Sutherlin. PD File 07-270. (REBUTTAL, CONTINUED FROM THE JANUARY 31, 2008 SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING). 2) JERRY L. TABOR, APPEAL of the Planning Director’s Denial of a request for Land Partition, Nonfarm Division and Nonfarm Dwellings to authorize the division of a 574.07 acre parcel into three parcels. The property is located on the east side of Melqua Road, approximately one-half mile south of its intersection with Fort Mckay Road. PD File 07-258. 3) GAYLE CHENEY, REFERRAL to the Planning Commission of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a mining/processing operation and watchman’s quarters on a portion of a 187.73 acre parcel located at the end of Starveout Creek Road, approximately three miles southeast of the Azalea Rural Community. PD File 08-001.
