THOMAS, APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED FURTHER CONTINUANCE of request for a Reasons Exception to allow the establishment of a private school on land classified by the National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) as predominantly high value farmland, off of Joelson Rd., southwest of Sutherlin. (continued from the December 14, 2006 Regular Planning Commission Meeting). 2) UMPQUA PACIFIC RESOURCES, on remand from the Land Use Board of Appeals, request for a Nonfarm Dwelling on a .3 acre portion of a 3.00 acre parcel in the Farm Forest zone. Property is located on the south side of Doerner County Road No. 90, west of the Melrose Rural Community. 3) VONDA & DENNIE ANDERSON, request for a Zone Change from Rural Residential - 5 Acre to Rural Residential - 2 Acre on a 2.82± acre portion of a 7.76 acre parcel, to allow future division of the property. The property is located on the north side of Coos Bay Wagon Road, west of its intersection with Lookingglass Road, both inside and outside the boundary of the Lookingglass Rural Community. 4) Potential Resolution Endorsing “Dwelling by Right” legislation (tabled at the February 1, 2007 meeting).
