MINUTES of the Board meeting of December 21, 2005 to be approved.

HEARING

1. This is the first hearing for Ordinance No. 2005-12-04 amending subsection to 13.100.030 of the Douglas County Code relating to solid waste franchise provisions and correcting internal code reference.

2. This is a hearing for a resolution approving and adopting Phase Two of the Douglas County Community Wildfire Protection Plan

PUBLIC WORKS

1. Modification No. 1 to agreement with USDA Forest Service for completing the review of the environmental analysis for bridge replacement on County Road No.1 within the Tiller Ranger District in the amount of $8,387; and, extension of the termination date to June 30, 2007.

SHERIFF

1. This is a National Incident Management System Certification verifying that the department is meeting minimum compliance; thereby, maintaining eligibility for Homeland Security Grants.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Order to reappoint Teresa Middleton to the Sunshine Acres Special Road District Board of Commissioners. Term will expire on December 31, 2008.

2. Order to reappoint Sue Sterling to the Sable Drive Special Road District Board of Directors. Term will expire on December 31, 2008.

3. Order to reappoint Jerry Noel to the Salmon Harbor Management Committee. Term to expire on December 31, 2008.

4. Order appointing Paul Erickson to the Southeast Booth Avenue Special Road District Board of Directors. Term to expire on December 31, 2008.

5. Order to reappoint Bud Nelson to the Roseburg-Green Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire on December 11, 2008.

6. Order to reappoint Tom Malkowski to the Roseburg-Green Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire on December 11, 2008.

7. Order to reappoint Jeanne Forrest to the Roseburg, Green Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire on December 11, 2008.

8. Order to reappoint William Hemphill to the North Umpqua Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire on December 11, 2008.

9. Oregon to reappoint Kenneth Van Gordon to the Callahan Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire on December 11, 2008.
