1. Extension of Lease Agreement With Fisher Broadcasting for Rose Mountain Site- Agreement will be Extended until September 30, 2009. The cost is $4,143.32, an Increase of 3%.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held March 11, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
