Guidelines for Map Submissions:

In the first phase of this project we will accept all maps in digital pdf format
for the review process.

Fees need to be paid by phone or with a credit card. We accept Visa or Master Card.

The map will be submitted in pdf format with a file size no larger than 2MB.

Fill out the form and submit the map.

If corrections to the map need to be addressed a redline indicating the issues
found will be sent to the surveyor in pdf format.

Corrections will be made by the surveyor and submitted back.

When the final review process is complete any map that requires no additional
signatures may be submitted in digital pdf format with a digital signature.

BLA's,Partition Plats, Subdivisions or any map requiring additional signatures will require
a stamped mylar with a wet signature by mail or in person when filing the final mylar.

If a survey is filed digitally an additional fee will be included for a mylar copy for our files.
