The agenda will include the following: 1) RICHARD & ELLEN SCHULZ request for a Plan Amendment and Zone Change from Public/Semi-public to Community Commercial, in part, and Medium Density Residential, in part. Property is 3.50 acres in size and located in Gardiner on the east side of US Hwy 101. P/D File No. 12-057; and, 2) Discuss proposed legislative amendments to the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan and Land Use and Development Ordinance.
