The workshop will cover proposed 2011 Legislative Amendments: 1) LUDO Amendments including: amendments to PAPA Notice requirements and various EFU/Resource uses resulting from 2011 Legislation; amendments resulting from DLCD Rulemaking regarding places of assembly and minor amendments affecting the review process for various land use actions. Comprehensive Plan Amendments: housekeeping items including updates to the Plan Introduction, Transportation Element and Coastal Resources Plan.
