The agenda will include: 1) DAVID & MARIE RANDALL, request for a zone change from FF to AW on property located off of Oakley Road west of Melrose; and, 2) MICHAEL & PAMELA FREED, request for a Plan Amendment and Zone Change to amend Site No. 63 of the Douglas County Mineral Resources Inventory (removing the 30+ acre Freed ownership from the 98+ acre site) based on the absence of aggregate resources on the tract, together with a Conditional Use Permit for a winery in conjunction with an existing vineyard on property located off of Hooten Road east of Winston.
