The agenda will include: 1) Findings of Fact, Lauren & Dena Young, denial of a request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change, together with a Conditional Use Permit for a 15-space RV Park on a 3.04 acre tract located at the intersection of State Highway 138 and Glide Loop Road in the Glide UUA, P/D File No. 10-065; and 2) Jay Glowacki, request for a Zone Change on a 41.15 acre unit of land to allow the applicant to be eligible for forest uses consistent with the actual use of the property. The property is located off of Hidden Homestead Road, north from its intersection with South Myrtle Road, east of the City of Myrtle Creek, P/D File No. 10-092.
