The agenda will include: 1) Election of Officers; 2) Gloria Jones, deliberation only on the appeal of the Planning Director’s Decision approving a request for a Second Farm Related Dwelling for an immediate family member on property located on the north side of Hubbard Creek County Road, P/D File No. 09-065; 3) Timothy & Meryluz Foley, remand from the Land Use Board of Appeals of a request for a Plan Amendment and Zone Change on property located off of Country Hill Drive north of its intersection with Del Rio County Road, P/D File No. 06-025; 4) Mel Otis, appeal of the Planning Director’s Decision approving a request for an Alteration of Nonconforming Use to legitimize an existing second dwelling on property located on the south side of the North Umpqua River and accessed from South Lone Rock Lane, P/D File No. 09-033; and 5) Goodman Networks, Inc., referral to the Planning Commission of a request for a Utility facility Necessary for Public Service to allow a cellular communication facility on property located off French Creek Road, north of the Glide UUA, P/D File No. 09-038.
