The agenda will include: 1) Great American Properties, appeal of the Planning Director’s approval of a request for a 34-Lot Subdivision (Callahan View Subdivision) southwest of the Melrose Rural Community; 2) Cynthia Sickler-Sonsteng, referral to the Planning Commission of a request for a Conditional Use Permit for a dog kennel northwest of the Riversdale Rural Community; 3) Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Land Use and Development Ordinance to add a program to address greenhouse gas emissions as a result of catastrophic damage events; and, 4) ODOT, referral to the Planning Commission of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the realignment of a section of State Highway 138W to accommodate ODOT’s Dodge Creek Bridge Replacement Project northwest of the City of Sutherlin.
