The agenda will include: 1) GERALD BRIGGS, request for a Major Amendment to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (processed under Planning Department File No. 92-095) to authorize an increase in the amount of rock extracted from the existing mining operation from 10,000 to 40,000 cubic yards per year. The property is located between Gazley Road and the South Umpqua River, northeast of the Canyonville UGB. PD File No. 09-008; and 2) Election of Officers.
