The agenda will include: 1) GREAT AMERICAN PROPERTIES (GAP), deliberation on a request on remand from the Land Use Board of Appeals for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from FFT to RR5 and Zone Change from FG to 5R, based on a Nonresource Determination on a 160.34 acre parcel to allow future subdivision on the east side of Melrose Road, just south of the Melrose Rural Community. PD File No. 04-100. 2) PLANNING COMMISSION WORKSHOP - Review of proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Land Use & Development Ordinance Amendments.
