The agenda will include: 1) GARDEN VALLEY ESTATES LLC (PART 1), deliberation on request for a Plan Amendment from AGG to RR5 and Zone Change from FG to 5R, based on a Nonresource Determination on a 259 acre parcel to allow future division of the property into as many as 51 parcels on Garden Valley Road, at its intersection with Del Rio Road, adjacent to the Riversdale Rural Community. (CONTINUED FROM THE JANUARY 17, 2008 MEETING). 2) GARDEN VALLEY ESTATES LLC (PART 2), request for a Plan Amendment and Reasons Exception to expand the Riversdale Rural Community boundary to include 99.1 acres, with a Plan Amendment from RR5 to RR2 and Zone Change from 5R to RR to allow development at the RR density on Garden Valley Road, adjacent to the Riversdale Rural Community. (FURTHER POSTPONED, BY APPLICANT REQUEST, TO THE MAY 15, 2008 MEETING). 3) ROBERT BECKLEY, request for a Zone Change from C-2 and R-1, in part, to C-3 on 6.83 acres, to allow future general commercial development located on the east side of Old Highway 99 N. south from its intersection with Umpqua College Road, within the Roseburg UGB. File No. 08-008. 4) GREG LANG, APPEAL of the Planning Director’s Denial of a request for a Variance to Road Standards in conjunction with a Tentatively Approved request for a Nonfarm Division and Dwellings. The Planning Director denied the applicant’s request for a Variance to Road Standards on the private extension of Willis Creek Road, a private easement running southeast off of Willis Creek Road, approximately four miles south of the Dillard UUA. File No. 07-262.
