The agenda will include: 1) The Weaver Road Consultant Team will give an approximately 15-minute informational presentation on the Weaver Road Bridge Project. 2) GARDEN VALLEY ESTATES LLC, request for a Plan Amendment from AGG to RR5 and Zone Change from FG to 5R, based on a Nonresource Determination on a 259 acre parcel to allow future division of the property into as many as 51 parcels. The applicants also request a Reasons Exception to expand the Riversdale Rural Community Boundary to include 99.1, acres with a Plan Amendment from RR5 to (RR2) Rural Residential - 2 Acre and zone change from 5R to RR to allow future development of up to 48 properties at the RR density. The properties are located on Garden Valley Road, at its intersection with Del Rio Road, adjacent to the Riversdale Rural Community, Planning Department File No. 07-230. 3) BJORN VIAN & THOMAS MAURER, request for Land Partition of an 80.00 acre parcel into two parcels along the Plan Line separating the AGG portion from the CT portion, and concurrent Boundary Line Adjustment to reconfigure the resultant parcels located on the north side of State Highway 138 East, both inside and outside the Glide UUA.
