The agenda will include: 1) AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; 2) AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE; and 3) 180 JONES LLC, request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from (RLD) Low Density Residential to (RHD) High Density Residential and a Zone Change from (RS) Suburban Residential to (R-2) Multiple Family Residential on property located in the Winchester Bay area.
