The agenda will include: 1) COORDINATION of a request by California Cedar Products and Rick Schiller for a UGB Expansion, Annexation, Plan Amendment and Zone Change for 15.97 acres located at Diamond Lake Blvd. and Sunshine Road adjacent to the Roseburg City Limits. 2) STUART & ANGIE DAVIS, request for a Zone Change from Suburban Residential to Single Family Residential on a .56 acre parcel to allow future division of the property at the R-1 density, located on the north side of Celestial Way, east of Bills Road in the Tri City Urban Unincorporated Area. 3) DAN LANGDON & DICK LANGDON, appointed personal representatives for Percy Langdon, APPEAL of the Planning Director’s approval of a request for a Land Partition of a 241.39 acre parcel into three parcels of 37± acres, 80.90± acres, and 123.49± acres as a result of a Measure 37 Claim Approval. The property is located east and west of Scotts Valley Road, southeast of Yoncalla. 4) FULLERTON & LEFEVRE, APPEAL of the Planning Director’s approval of a request for a Land Partition to create two parcels: Parcel One is a 1.83± acre parcel and Parcel Two is a 26.02± acre parcel, based upon the City of Winston Urban Growth Boundary Line. Property is located on the south side of Pepsi Road, adjacent to Winston.
