The agenda will include: 1) AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, including a new Interchange Area Management Plan, Rural Lands Inventory and incorporation of findings of the Natural Hazard Mitigation and Community Wildfire Protection Plans. 2) AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE, clarifying procedures of land use administration or notice. 3) VALYNN CURRIE, request for a Plan map designation amendment from Agriculture to Commercial, and a zone change from Exclusive Farm Use - Grazing to General Commercial, together with a Reasons Exception to Goal 3 and Goal 14 to expand the Green Urban Unincorporated Area (UUA) to include a 7.00± acre portion of an 8.85 acre parcel in the Green UUA boundary, located on the south side of Grant Smith Road, just southwest of I-5 Exit 119. 4) DARRELL AND CAROL REEVES, Appeal of the Planning Director’s Decision approving a Nonresource Division and Land Partition to divide a 140.72 acre parcel into three parcels of 5.02± acres, 5.03± acres (the non-farm parcels) and the remainder parcel of 138.20± acres, together with review for a Non-Farm Dwelling [single family dwelling not in conjunction with farm use] on each of the proposed non-farm parcels, located on the west side of Green Valley Road, north west of the Urban Growth Boundary of Sutherlin. 5) DAVID & KITTY ALLEN, appeal of the Planning Director’s Decision approving a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Home Occupation (small-scale automotive repair) within an existing shop building on a 2.00 acre parcel located on the east side of Laurie Lane, off of Sean Lane, east from its intersection with Old Melrose Road, west of the City of Roseburg.
