Located off Highway 101 three miles south of Reedsport to Winchester Bay. One mile west on Salmon Harbor Drive.  

This is the campground for the off road enthusiast!

  • Half Moon Bay Campground is a great place to stay and enjoy sport fishing, OHV/ATV riding, tours of the Umpqua River Lighthouse and Coastal Visitor Center or just a quiet walk on the beautiful beaches. 
  • Situated in the heart of recreational activity on Douglas County’s coastline, this is the perfect campground for the off-road enthusiast as it is located adjacent to the staging area for the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.

Yellow Creek County Boat Ramp   Boat ramp and parking area on the Umpqua River. The site includes benches for scenic viewing, memorial site, and parking.
 
Yellow Creek Wayside Milepost 12 on Hwy 138.  Located along Highway 38 and the Umpqua River, the wayside offers a pleasant place to pull off the road for a picnic or a brief rest.
