The following parks have boat ramps available.

  • Amacher RV Park and Campground 5750 NE Stephens, Winchester, OR 97495
    Located on North Umpqua River in Winchester under I-5 bridge. Exit 129.

  • CASH ONLY for First-Come, First-Serve Sites.

  • Ben Irving Reservoir 1363 Ben Irving Road Winston, OR 97496  I-5 exit 119 Winston, Hwy 42 to Tenmile, left on Benedict 1 mile, right on Ireland 1 mile, left on Berry Creek road.   Large body of water used for fishing, boating, and other water related recreation.

  • Bolon Island Boat Ramp Highway 101 Reedsport  One mile North of Reedsport on Highway 101   Small park used as a boat launch facility



  • Canyonville Park (Now Pickett Park) Pickett Lane, Canyonville Oregon.  I-5 exit 98 at Canyonville, one mile east of Canyonville on Tiller Trail Highway, left on Pickett Lane   Eleven acre day use family park with boat launch facility on South Umpqua River.


    Day use only.


  • Chief Miwaleta RV Park and Campground (Galesville Reservoir) 8399 Upper Cow Creek Road, Azalea, OR 97410.
    Located Eight miles East of I-5 exit 88 on Upper Cow Creek Road.

  • Cleveland Rapids Park Lower Cleveland Rapids Road  West from Roseburg on Garden Valley Blvd. 5 miles, left on Lower Cleveland Rapids Road, one mile to park.   Day use park with boat launch facility on Umpqua river.

  • Colliding Rivers Boat Launch Milepost 16, Hwy 138  17 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138. Just down river from where the Umpqua River and Little River merge Head-on.   Boat launch facility, located on the North Umpqua just west of Glide.

  • Cooper Creek Reservoir 491 Edgewater Drive Sutherlin OR. 97479  Three miles east of Sutherlin.    Multiple recreation facilities on Cooper Creek Reservoir. Two boat launches, recreational dock, swimming area, fishing, water skiiing, and jet ski area.

  • Happy Valley Boat Ramp Poteet Avenue, Green District  I-5 to Winston Green exit, right at Carnes Road, left on Happy Valley Road, right on Poteet Ave.   Boat launch facility on the South Umpqua River.

  • Hestnes Landing Del Rio Road, Roseburg  I-5 exit # 129, west on Del Rio Road three miles   Boat launch facility on the North Umpqua River

  • James Wood Boat Ramp Milepost 6 on Tyee Road  I-5 135 at Sutherlin, west 1/2 mile,left on Fort McKay road 4 miles to Umpqua, right on Tyee road 6 miles.   Boat launch facility

  • River Forks 380 River Forks Park Road Roseburg, OR. 97471  West of Roseburg on Garden Valley Blvd, three miles, turn left on Old Garden Valley Road, travel two miles, turn left on River Forks Park Road.   Day use park at confluence of North and South Umpqua rivers.

  • Scottsburg Milepost 16, Hwy 38  Hwy 101 to Reedsport, east 16 miles on Hwy 38 to park.   Beautiful Day use Park with boat launch facility on Main Umpqua River near Scottsburg.

  • Whistler's Bend RV Park and Campground 2828 Whistler's Park Road Roseburg, OR 97470.
    Located 15 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138.    

    Whister's Bend Park & Campground Offers:

    • Reservable and first come/first serve individual and group campsites for RVís, pickup campers and tents. (non-hookup).
    • 147 acres situated on a large bend of the North Umpqua River with great open spaces and varied forest cover.
    • Park contains open meadows and mixed forests, camping, fishing, disc golf, trails, and other passive recreation opportunities.
    • World-class disc golf course.†
    • A rustic setting for a diversity of recreational pursuits including nearly two miles of river frontage, a beautiful riverside campground, picnic area, hiking trails, group camping, and scenic overlooks.†

  • Yellow Creek Boat Launch Facility Milepost 12 Hwy 138  12 miles West of Sutherlin on Highway 138   Boat ramp and parking area on the Umpqua River. The site includes benches for scenic viewing, memorial site, and parking
