Maintaining your weight can be a challenge, especially during the holidays.
Join the Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge to get the support and encouragement
of others to maintain your weight this holiday season!
Weigh-In / Weight-Out
Weigh-in and weight-out is done by participants on an “honor system.” Individual participants can use the personal weight tracker form to track their weight over the 6-week program. At the end of the program, the post program survey will ask if you lost, gained, or maintained your weight. No individual information will be shared or reported.

- Track your personal weight on the Maintain Don’t Gain tracking form. This is your personal record, and does not need to be turned in or shared with anyone.
- At the end of the program, the post program survey will ask if you lost, gained, or maintained your weight. No individual information will be shared or reported.
- Participants that don’t gain more than 2 pounds overall by the end of the 6-week program will be entered into a drawing!
