Maintaining your weight can be a challenge, especially during the holidays.
Join the Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge to get the support and encouragement
of others to maintain your weight this holiday season!

How to Register
Join as an individual or assemble a team of 2 to 6 employees. Designate a Team Captain and create a fun team name. Weigh in and submit your completed registration form by 5 PM on Nov 21.

Weigh-In / Weight-Out
Weigh-in and weight-out is done by participants on an “honor system.” Individual participants can use the personal weight tracker form to track their weight over the 6-week program. At the end of the program, the post program survey will ask if you lost, gained, or maintained your weight. No individual information will be shared or reported.

Tracking Tips:

  • Track your personal weight on the Maintain Don’t Gain tracking form. This is your personal record, and does not need to be turned in or shared with anyone.
  • At the end of the program, the post program survey will ask if you lost, gained, or maintained your weight. No individual information will be shared or reported.
  • Participants that don’t gain more than 2 pounds overall by the end of the 6-week program will be entered into a drawing!
