Employee Benefit Committee
The Douglas County Employee Benefits Advisory Committee was
established to assist and advise the Board of Commissioners
on review, selection and acquisition of medical, dental,
vision care, life and other insurance benefits for County
Employees. The Committee shall be responsible for
determining the wants and needs of County employees by
soliciting comments from employees. Each voting member
of the Committee shall act as liaison for one or more County
departments and shall be responsible for maintaining
communication concerning medical benefits with the employees
of those departments.

Meetings of the Douglas County Employee Benefits Committee are held on the second Thursday of each month at 10 AM in Room 310 of the Douglas County Courthouse.
