Douglas County registers all Births and Deaths that occur in Douglas County. Certified copies of Birth and Death certificates are available for up to six (6) months of the event.

Certificates may be purchased for $20.00 for the first copy, plus $15.00 for each additional copy ordered at the same time.

After six months of the event, records are transferred to the Oregon Office of Health Statistics.  Follow these links for access to Oregon Health Statistics and Vital Records information.
