The Administrative and Business Services Division works to provide direct and indirect financial, administrative, technological and facilities assistance to the Health Department Department's major divisions: Public Health, Mental Health, Seniors and Disabilities Services, and Transportation Services.

There are four Health and Social Services Department campus locations. The main campus is located in Roseburg, and smaller satellite campuses are operated in Canyonville, Drain, and Reedsport.
