The Special Transportation Advisory Committee (STAC) is composed of individuals representing Douglas County seniors, providers and the disabled.
Each entity has three seats on the 9-member STAC. The primary function of the Special Transportation Advisory Board is to advise and assist Senior & Disability Services in carrying out the purposes of the Special Transportation Funds (STF) and program.
Meetings, which are open to the public, are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30
AM, Courthouse Room 311.

All applications must be turned into the Board of Commissioner’s office.

The STAC Advisory Board will review all applications and make recommendations.

The Health Administrator will review all applications, the STAC recommendation and write a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners for appointment.

All applicants will be notified of the status of their application.
