Pathways to Healthy Communities

There is a growing awareness of the ways that community conditions impact individual health and the health of entire communities.  What does a healthy, active Douglas County look like to you? Pathways to Healthy Communities is intended to serve as a catalyst to inspire and mobilize communities to work together to make Douglas County a healthy place to live, work, learn and play.
