Outpatient Support
- Crisis & Evaluation - Response to mental health emergencies
- Adult Treatment - Provide short-term psychotherapy
- Youth & Family - Focus on the mental health needs of county youth
Community Support - Assist persons diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness to recover in the community by providing:
- Individual and Group Skills training
- Psychotherapy
- Case Management
- Adult Foster Care
- Supported Employment
- Peer Support
- Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Quality Improvement/Resource Management
- Monitor the quality of mental health services provided by Douglas County Mental Health and its contractors
- Coordinate the utilization review process ensuring appropriate and cost effective service delivery
- Manage the mental health resources by developing and providing a continuum of mental health treatment that is clinically responsible and cost effective. We are also responsible for developing and monitoring a provider panel outside of Douglas County Mental Health in order to provide more choice and convenience for clients.
Psychiatric Medical Services
- Psychiatric Consultation to primary care physicians serving Oregon Health Plan members
- Medication Management to enrolled clients
- Oversight of Treatment Planning
