Family Development Center/Douglas County Relief Nursery
Child abuse prevention and intervention services for children and parents that includes therapeutic, low-ratio early childhood program, play therapy, USDA food program, and early intervention ECSE for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Parents receive parenting education, counseling, parent support group, day and evening classes, advocacy and referral services, parent/child interaction groups, transportation assistance, outreach program services, respite care, and clothes closet.

Food - Food Pantry (and referrals to local distribution sites) 405 Jerry's Drive, Roseburg. Monday and Wednesday 2:00 - 3:30 p.m., Thursday & Friday 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Lodging - Short term stays through local motels (2 night limit).
Medication - Prescription assistance for up to $50.00 for ages 17 and under.
Transportation - Cab fare or bus vouchers for medical emergencies administered by UCAN.

Community Services: outreach, HIV testing and counseling, computer lab, services to schools, Sexual Minority Task Force, speakers. Client Services: emergency funds program, housing assistance program, transportation assistance, needle exchange, and case management. Salvation Army
Comprehensive Emergency Services - Provide food boxes, clothing, household items and furniture, utility and prescription assistance (the last $50.00 when funds available).
Special Services - Local units assist in emergencies that involve one to three families. Assistance in larger emergencies is coordinated with the Divisional Emergency Services Office in Portland. The services are conducted around the world through religious and social service programs supported by voluntary contributions of individuals.
Corps Community Center - Serves both youth and adults offering educational, worship activities and recreation. This includes personal growth, social adjustment, supplementary education, camping, and volunteer services.

Seniors Escorting Seniors, Inc.
Wheelchair-accessible transportation to Riddle Community Center (Senior Center) for hot meals and socializing available three days a week. Transportation to medical appointments, bank, grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, post office, and various other errands available five days a week. Rides should be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
