Serenity Lane
Adult, couples, and family programs and detox/residential/intensive
outpatient
programs available; Recovery Support (phase II outpatient); employer services,
education programs, assessments, evaluations, individual counseling, Family
Group, gender specific recovery support groups, Extended Stay Program, and
facilitation of family intervention. Meets State DUII program requirements.

United Community Action Network (UCAN) Head Start
Education, nutrition, health, medical and dental, and mental health for children.
Provides training and assistance with social services needs for parents.

Umpqua Community Health Center – Roseburg
Quality affordable healthcare services and referrals made to other medical
providers as needed. Outreach facility for the Oregon Health Plan (541-672-9596
for appointments). Dental Clinic provides dental care services on a sliding
discount scale to patients without insurance (minimum $24 charge per
visit). Family Foundation Program outreach team helps assist
families with resource referrals to improve health and childhood
development.

Wolf Creek Job Corps
A residential training program administered by the Department of Labor that
offers career, academic (High School Diploma or GED, as well as college
opportunities) and social skills training to young men and women. Provides basic
medical and dental care, meals, housing cash allowance, sports and recreation, job
placement, and most importantly, the chance to succeed.
