The Douglas County Senior Services Advisory Council is currently seeking applicants to fill the following vacancies:
• Position #3 – East County (Glide, Diamond Lake, Peel, Dixonville)
• Position #6 – West County (Reedsport, Winchester, Melrose, Winston, Green, Dillard, Lookingglass, and Camas Valley)
Members of the Advisory Council assist in identifying needs, evaluating programs, as well as planning and developing services for older persons in Douglas County. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at 1:00 p.m., Mercy Community Education, 2459 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg OR 97471
Applications may be picked up and returned to the Board of Commissioners’ Office, Douglas County Courthouse, 1036 SE Douglas – Room 217, Roseburg.
