MINUTES of the board meeting of July 27, 2005 to be approved.
ASSESSMENT AND TAXATION
1. Annual designation of the News Review as the newspaper for the publication of the 2005 Douglas County tax foreclosure list.
FLEET SERVICES
1. Intergovernmental agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation to obtain fuel in the event of an emergency from Douglas County card-lock sites.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order accepting easement from Sam and Gwendolyn Pacini for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
2. Intergovernmental agreement for installation of sanitary sewer line with Green Sanitary District.
SHERIFF
1. Contract with USDA, Wildlife Services, to provide three full-time wildlife specialists to respond to damage situations within Douglas County involving predatory animals that threaten human health and safety, livestock, and other property.
2. Order authorizing purchase of 68 mobile police radios and related equipment. Pricing utilizes City of Portland contract and is exempt from competitive procurement. Funding is provided under Homeland Security Grant.
