BID OPENING
1. Bid Opening: Public Works – Asphalt overlay of various streets in the Green Area, Douglas County, Oregon.
2. Bid Opening: Fleet – Bid #927 for one (1) new heavy duty ¾ ton 4WD pickup.

CLERK
1. Contract #21641 with Helion Client Software Support for Clerk recording support and maintenance.
COMMUNICATIONS
1. Lease Agreement with BLM for use of the Tiller Radio Site.
2. Modification of Contract #22329 with Day Wireless Systems to increase the contract cap. Contractor to provide microwave radio repairs as needed.
FAIRGROUNDS
1. Distribution Line Pole Contact Agreement between Pacificorp, d.b.a. Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power and Douglas County.
LAND
1. Bargain and Sale Deed to the State of Oregon, Department of Transportation for 0.66 acre adjacent to Old Highway 99 South and under the new Shady Bridge. Parcel is being sold to the State for their Shady Bridge project.
2. Bargain and Sale Deed to the State of Oregon, Department of Transportation for +/- 0.4 acre adjacent to right of way for Interstate 5. Parcel was acquired through property tax foreclosure and is being sold to the State for their Shady Bridge project.
3. Real Estate Option and Order to Accept Deed from Thomas L. Cook and Julie A. Cook, who took title as Julie A. Zuver, for the acquisition of right of way to be used for the widening and realignment of Manning Road #168.
4. Order of Sale setting a date and time of October 3, 2006, at 10 a.m. for the oral auction of 14 parcels acquired through property tax foreclosure.

PUBLIC WORKS
1. Application for Douglas Soil and Water Conservation District’s Salmon Habitat Improvement Program (SHIP) for wetland restoration.
2. Application for Elk Creek Watershed Council’s Salmon Habitat Improvement Program for Buck Creek restoration.
3. Purchase of geosynthetic ground cover for landfill. Lowest responsible bid is from Northwest Linings & Geotextile Products, Inc.
SHERIFF
1. Maintenance Agreement with Indentix for the fingerprint machine in the Records Division.
2. Grant Program Agreement for enforcement of ATV laws and regulations and patrol of recreational areas including Oregon Dunes.
