MINUTES of the board meeting of August 13, 2003 to be approved.
BID OPENING
1. Culvert replacement on Plat “I”, County Road No. 70.
HEARING
1. Petition to annex property and order incorporating territory to the Roberts Creek Water District. Chief Petitioner is Michael O’Mara.
BUILDING
1. Renewal of intergovernmental agreement with the State of Oregon for Douglas County to perform electrical inspections.
FLEET
1. Amendment to intergovernmental agreement with ODOT to change mailing address for maintenance service invoices.
PARK
1. Modification to lease for ATV storage building site. On June 18, 2003 the board signed a lease allowing Winchester Bay Rural Fire Protection District to construct and temporarily locate an ATV storage building on County Park land near the mouth of the Umpqua River. All parties have agreed to change the location in order to reduce the visibility of the structure from Salmon Harbor Drive.
PLANNING
1. Grant agreement with Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development for coastal related planning activities for the period of July 1, 2003 and June 30, 2004. Grant amount is $10,000 with full matching funds required.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Contract change order with Umpqua River Navigation in the amount of $27,090 for crushing and stockpiling mineral aggregates in West County.
