MINUTES of the board meeting of August 10, 2005 to be approved.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Agreement with Norway Development Company costs in the amount of $78,675 for reimbursement of for extension of Kenneth Ford Drive.
2. Orders accepting easements from Robert and Lura Yancey, and Dukes and Dukes Construction for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
3. Contract with Craven Consulting Group in the amount of $182,741 for the Milltown Hill Project.
4. Contract with ORENCO Systems, Inc. in the amount of $256,000 for operation and maintenance of the Glide-Idleyld Park wastewater treatment facility and pressure sewer collection system.
5. Contract with Pinnacle Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $174,092.18 for construction engineering of E-Mile Creek Bridge replacement.
6. Amendment with Oregon Department of Transportation for flexible service maintenance agreement.
