MINUTES of the board meeting of August 3, 2005 to be approved.
ASSESSMENT AND TAXATION
1. Orders refunding taxes to Esther Shobe in the amount of $673.21 and $3,024.83.
HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
1. Modification to contract with CHG Medical Staffing, Inc. for temporary locum tenens health care professional coverage. Contract ending date is March 31, 2006 or when the funding cap of $150,000 is reached.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order accepting easement from Garry and Rita Kenny, William and Sandra Russell and Byron and Suellen Vosika for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
2. Order accepting warranty deed from Robert Freed and the acquisition of real property for the widening and realignment of Cedar Street, County Road No. 389, in the City of Drain.
3. Order accepting warranty deed from North Douglas Wood Products, Inc. for the acquisition of real property and the widening and realignment of Cedar Street, County Road No. 389, in the City of Drain.
4. Contract change order with Roseburg Paving Company in the amount of $14,621.92 for installing additional asphalt in areas with poor quality sub-base material.
SHERIFF
1. Local law enforcement block grant in the amount of $7,484 to purchase TASERs for the Sheriff’s office.
2. Modification and extension of lease agreement with Roseburg Resources for Gardiner Hill tower.
