MINUTES of the board meeting of July 23, 2003 to be approved.
BIDS
1. Request for proposals for employment-related physicals for Douglas County.
HEARINGS
1. Modification of rates for solid waste collection service provided by Sutherlin Sanitary Service.
2. Petition to annex property to the Winston-Dillard Water District. Chief petitioner is Thomas Rowlett.
3. Request by Edward (Bud) Long for plan amendment for the City of Sutherlin plan and zoning maps for the purpose of expanding the Urban Growth Boundary.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Amendment with Oregon Department of Transportation for South Umpqua River and OR 99 (Shady) Bike and Pedestrian Bridge.
2. Eighth extension of contract No. 8514 with C.F. Malm Engineers for extended warranty agreement for the SCADA system installed at Galesville Dam.
3. Second extension and modification of contract No. 16183 with C.F. Malm Engineers for engineering services for the Galesville Dam.
4. Extension of contract No. 7857 with Umpqua Research Company for water quality analysis services.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Order appointing Bud Schmidt to the CCD Business Development Board. Term to expire May 31, 2004.
2. Order appointing Larry Moulton to the Douglas County Historic Resource Review Committee. Term to expire December 23, 2003.
