MINUTES of the board meeting of July 20, 2005 to be approved.
HEARING
1. Determination of final assessment for SE Booth Avenue Special Road District.
LAND
1. Resolution declaring that the acquisition of certain properties for widening and realignment of Melrose Road is in the public interest and is necessary to improve safety.
2. Resolution declaring that the acquisition of certain properties for widening and realignment of Bilger Creek Road is in the public interest.
PLANNING
1. Grant agreement with the State of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department to receive funding in the amount of $6,926 for a portion of the county’s Historic Preservation program.
2. Delegation of authority report by Planning Director, Keith Cubic.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Resolution for the acquisition of real property for the reconstruction of a portion of Tiller Trail Highway.
SHERIFF
1. Co-location leases with Pacific Power for space on the towers at Tiller, Canyon Mountain, and Cinnamon Butte, and space within the buildings.
