ADULT PAROLE AND PROBATION
1. Contractual agreement between Douglas County and ADAPT for use of building at 1215 Court Street in Roseburg to be utilized for treatment of corrections offenders. This agreement is for a 12 month period.
COMMISSION ON CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
1. Amendment to contract No. 16367 for Umpqua Community Action Network’s Community Safety Net Program. This amendment provides an additional $5,076.25 and extends the current contract until September 30, 2003.
2. Healthy Start Medicaid Administrative Activities intergovernmental agreement with the State Commission on Children and Families for 2003-2005.
LAND
1. Quitclaim deed to David L. and Edie A. Preston for improvements of minimal value resulting from a tax foreclosure against Interstate Cable, Inc.
PLANNING
1. Order correcting name of chief petitioner to order setting hearing date for annexation to Roberts Creek Water District.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Real estate option and order accepting a warranty deed from Donald E. and Lynne C. Ralls for the acquisition of right-of-way to be used for the widening and realignment of South Calapooia Street County Road No. 388. Consideration is $6,000, plus escrow fees.
2. Contract with Roseburg Paving Company in the amount of $95,517 for realignment of Temple Brown Road No. 137, milepost 1 to 0.1.
3. Order accepting easement from Sondra Matthews for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewerage system.
SHERIFF
1. State Domestic Preparedness Equipment Program grant in the amount of $731,934.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Decision on funding of Title III applications under P.L. 106-393.
