MINUTES of the board meeting of May 25, 2005 to be approved.
HEARING
1. Community Development Block Grant applications for housing center & housing rehabilitation programs.
BUILDING FACILITIES
1. Order authorizing purchase of precast concrete flush toilet building from CST Precast Products. Purchase is exempt from competitive bidding per LCRB rule 4.24, and being made through “Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program. Building will be installed at Salmon Harbor. Purchase price is $46,292.49.
FLEET SERVICES
1. Intergovernmental agreement for equipment repair and service to allow ODOT to obtain maintenance services from Douglas County Fleet Services.
LAND
1. Real estate option and order accepting deed from Janet Schaller for the acquisition of right of way to be used for bridge replacement on Azalea Drive. Consideration is $300.
PLANNING
1. Presentation on Douglas County’s new “Zoning Information Web Site”.
2. Notice and order setting hearing date of June 22, 2005 in the matter of reducing the number of directors for Sutherlin Water Control District.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Extension of agreement with Waste Recovery West, in the amount of $800, per trailer load for removal of waste tires from the Douglas County Landfill.
SHERIFF
1. Extension of agreement for communications services for MedCom Ambulance Authority for fiscal year 2005/2006. Agreement amount is $52,775.15.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Memorandum of understanding with Douglas County Regional Workforce Investment Board for the One Stop system in Douglas County.
