MINUTES of the board meeting of April 21, 2004 to be approved.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION - Citizens wishing to address the commissioners concerning this agenda, or items of interest not included on this agenda, may do so at this time. When recognized, anyone addressing the commissioners will go to the microphone and give your name and address for the record.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
1. Annual renewal of software maintenance agreement with Tiburon, Inc. for computer aided dispatch and Sheriff records management. Contract amount is $33,070.
LAND
1. Real estate option and order to accept deed from C&D Lumber Company for the widening and realignment of Weaver County Road No. 41. Consideration is $6,110, plus closing costs.
PARKS
1. Grazing lease on the Kanipe Memorial Park with Bob Banducci. This is a one year lease with a six month renewal option. Lease revenues will be $850 per month.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order accepting easement from Sean A. Baughman for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
2. Order accepting easement from Jack P. & Irma J. Bass for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
3. Real estate option and order accepting a warranty deed from Lily F. Evens for the acquisition of right of way to be used for the widening and realignment of South Calapooia Street, County Road No. 388.
4. Purchase of three large diameter culverts from Pacific Corrugated Pipe. Total purchase amount is $35,223.26.
SHERIFF
1. Intergovernmental agreement with the City of Drain to provide law enforcement services. The amount of $130,877.46 will be paid for FY 2004-05; and that amount plus CPI will be paid for FY 2005-06.
