MINUTES of the board meeting of April 7, 2004 to be approved.

FLEET SERVICES
1. Award of RFP No. 847 for one, new hydraulic rock hammer to Peterson Machinery Company. Contract amount is $46,909.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order transferring lands to the Public Works Department.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Community Development Block Grant application in the amount of $600,000 to assist with construction costs for UCAN’s client service center to be built on the non-profit campus.
2. Order appointing Daniel Dawson to the Douglas County Forest Land Classification Committee. Term to expire June 23, 2007.
3. Order appointing Jim Churchill to the Douglas County Traffic Safety Commission. Term to expire June 30, 2005.
4. Order reappointing Dannie Walker to the Douglas County Housing Authority. Term to expire April 14, 2009.
5. Order appointing members representing City of Roseburg, Adult Parole and Probation and Roseburg School District to the Local Public Safety Coordination Council. No term expiration.
