MINUTES of the board meeting of March 12, 2003, to be approved.
HEARING
1. Hearing in regards to limitations on recreation on certain segments of ocean beaches to minimize disturbance of Western Snowy Plover during nesting and brood rearing periods.
ADULT PAROLE AND PROBATION
1. Lease agreement between Douglas County and the City of Myrtle Creek for office space.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order accepting easement from J. Reynolds Hoffman for connection to the Glide-Idleyld Park sewer system.
2. Herbicide purchase from UAP Timberland LLC from the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program. Total purchase amount is $115,948.48 (Public Works $110,701.40 and Land Department $5,247.08).
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Order reappointing Karen Gibbons to the Douglas County Planning Commission. Term to expire February 28, 2007.
2. Order and notice setting hearing date of April 23, 2003 for annexation of property to the Winston-Dillard Water District. Chief petitioner is Mitchell Black.
Resolution for participation in funding activities of the 2003-2005 Oregon Dispute Resolution Program.
